- is it worth creating a poll to see which cover was thought best?

And would people vote for a cover simply because it featured their favourite series/star, or would they look at the layout too?

I'm not sure Shaqui, my favourite cover ever is September 75, for the first 1999 strip, but it's not because i'm a 1999 fan I genuinely do think it is the best cover ever, I'd love a framed print of it without the text. It's a pity that it isn't possible to get prints of some of the covers, they really were so good. As for 1971, No.48 the On the Buses characters in the boxing ring is my favourite.
