Steve Holland, comics expert, has written an obituary for Angus McBride which appears on the Guardian website:

McBride painted a number of covers for 'Look-In' in its early years, and I had the pleasure of seeing an original - his 'Pathfinders' cover from 1972 - recently. He is better known for his detailed work on educational publications like 'Look & Learn'.
His was a rare talent, and while I was in touch with his agents at Linden, sadly did not get an opportunity to speak to him about his 'Look-In' work, though I had hoped to pursue this with his move back to Ireland last year.
