Guilty as charged, I guess we could all put a bit more effort into this great site.
I for one truely enjoy the new scans that are put up by you guys.
Sorry for being remiss in posting thanks for all your hard work.
Cheers, Peter aka vanullis

Sorry Peter, wasn't necessarily having a dig at people saying thanks, more that we have 70 members and no-one seems to be willing to discuss the material that is put up, or add their own recollections...

Hi,
I've visited this site a few times in the past but haven't been recently. I think this is a great site and, given your message, I just thought I'd voice my support. I think it's a great site and I hope that Daz will find the time to keep it going. I have a few issues that I hope to scan and upload.
Coming back to this site has made me think about finishing off my own comic research project. I wrote all the features for the Doctor Who Classic Comics series until it was cancelled. I only completed up to the end of the Jon Pertwee comics. I was exhausted at the time and glad of a rest from it. But now, after a few years gap, I'm thinking it would be nice to finish off the Tom Bakers, particularly as they get fairly obscure towards the end of Doctor Who's life in TV Comic.
I will post here again soon.
All the best,
John Ainsworth

John!
I've been trying to get hold of you for yonks! I had an inkling you were assocated with Big Finish for a period but I'm guessing either I was wrong or the email I sent for your attention didn't get to you?
Please drop me a line, as I was interested in your sources of info for 'Countdown & TV Action'...
Best,
Shaqui

I sent out a mass email yesterday to everyone who has left a guestbook entry in the hopes of drumming up a few new genuine members to try and get the forums rolling again. We'll see if that makes a difference...

Shaqui: I'd be very happy to talk to you about 'Countdown' and 'TV Action'. I couldn't see your e-mail address on here. You can contact me at .
I look forward to hearing from you.

Okay, apologies for the infrequency of my posting, too. I've been at Uni if that's any excuse
Anyway, keep sending those gentle reminders out more often, as I have a tendency to forget stuff, and I like this board very much. It really is a top notch site. Can't wait for the Best of Look-In book. I may take it into teacher training to show the kids how we used to live.
Which was better, of course...
