Sapphire & Steel
Space:1999
The Tomorrow People
Buck Rogers
and Terrahawks is on the way. (Did I also once see a banner saying 'Six Million Dollar Man' is coming soon?
Are there any other strips the Archive would like to run?
Timeslip?
Bionic Woman?
Robin Of Sherwood?
Knight Rider?
Battlestar Galactica?
Catweazle?
Any non-SF/fantasy ones?

Robin of Sherwood is still here (no problem with space), to be found in the 80's issues of the Archive. Honest...
Unless you mean in the Picture Strip Collections section, in which case, sorry, RoS was never there (not even coming soon). Maybe in the future though if anyyone has a large enough collection they'd care to scan...?

Robin was the only strip I really liked in the 80s version of Look-in, i'd like to see a full set of strips of it, because I was very much a casual reader of the mag by then. if anyone out there wants to to a synopsis for the strip
section, I have a quite a few of the robin strips I could scan.

Why Don't you go ahead and right a title page then Franky? I'll start looking through and get my strips together. Shaq? any chance of a nice title bar?, the terrahawks one was really good, i'll post a message of what issues I have later today.

first the good news, i've made a list of stories that appeared in Look-in, from a TIME SCREEN magazine supplement on telefantasy in comics. a slight problem is that the issues appear from the first in a story to the last e.g. For story 1 it appeared as '18-24', the problem arises with the xmas period issues sometimes there were 51 and sometimes 52, if anyone has any idea of issue numbers for these periods let us know. Otherwise the list reads:

Now the bad news, I have a quite few 84 issues but most are early 84, I have 8 with robin strips, which I will be glad to scan, they are,
(18 (available on 'Look-out'), 20, 22, 23, 24, 26,27, & 31), I will scan and send these to Daz soon. but looking above that is just a small dent in the series! hope you guys have a few more than me.....

Well the site is Daz's, and I only did the Terrahawks one as I was supplying the scans (and did the intro) anyway.
That said, Daz has been quiet of late, and hasn't acknowledged the second story scans sent over a week ago. Anyone heard from him?

Hi Jim,
If you are a big Galactica fan, you could make a synopsis fot the title page of the Galactica pages and send it to Daz, and ask him to put one up. Anyone who is a particular fan of a series/strip that appeared in Look-in can do the same, and you never know, it could be there next.

...and I did the Space: 1999 one, so you see it's not too hard to get the ball rolling, another useful thing to do if you have issues with the strips in, is to list the stories and issues for the index, for example
1979
Story 1 - 43, 44, 45, 46, 47, 48, 49, 50, 51, 52, 1, 2, 3
1980
Story 2 - 4, 5, etc...
The listing for story one is complete above, cause most of it is on the archive, but you'll have to carry on.
If you are artistic, and good with paintshop or the like, you could do a banner. I did the Space:1999 one.
Then send these things to Daz, and in time he will, put it onsite.
