The LOOK-IN PICTURE STRIP ARCHIVE

I've just had the 200-odd issues of 'Look-In' from 1977 to 1981 delivered, and noticed quite a few ads for the 'Look-In' books imprint (published jointly with Arrow and ITV Books). Will any of the sites (Picture Strip Forum or John's Look-Out) be featuring these, even if only as a cover gallery? I'm curious to know how many there were...

There were quite a few Look-in books on various subjects, I have got a few scans of some of them, but they are hard to date from scans, so rather than add them to the cover archive, i think it's best if I do a feature about them sometime, with a picture archive attached to the page, if anyone can supply me with scans of the covers of any look-in books it would be appreciated. address onsite.

The best way to date them, even if only approximately, would be by the adverts for them in 'Look-In' itself. I could probably get actual dates from the trade press at the British Library but my agenda there for other research is already chocablock.

Any I can date positively i'll add to the cover archive, i'll look through my issues, let me know any dates you find, and we'll try and make a definitive list.
