I think I may have tracked down 'Gray' - aka husband and wife illustrators Gordon & Maureen - who drew 'Bucks Fizz', '5 Star', 'The A Team' for 'Look-In', but also did strips for 'TV Tops' (I think they did 'Buck Rogers' and 'Adam Ant' to name but two).
While it goes outside the remit of my current heavy workload on the GACCH website (having lost three contributors over the last few months), is it worth pursuing an interview for the Look-In site (or is anyone else able to do it)? As yet, I'm not sure where interviews or other features would sit among the strip presentations...

I may also have a lead on artist Arthur Ranson, who is usually only thought of coming to the fore with 'Sapphire & Steel' and 'Dangermouse' but who was actually doing covers and comedy strips like 'Michael Bentine's Potty Time' quite early on.
Is the site interested in having interviews?

Further to my earlier post, I've had a reply from Arthur Ranson's agent, and will contact him regarding answering questions but is either site - the Picture Strip Archive or John's New Look-Out - interested in hosting this interview? I've tried to set this up to represent the Look-In sites, as (despite my personal interest in his work) I don't have space to host non-GACCH material at my own webspace...
It would be shame if this opportunity, if it arises, slipped because of lack of interest from other 'Look-In' fans...

Hi Shaqui! Personally, I'm very interested in an interview with Arthur Ranson! The guy's an artistic megastar in my book! Where can it go? Well, the Features section of the Archive is very under-used really and would make a great place to host the interview, or any other Look-in-related interview, I've been thinking. The Features section could really do with som livening-up, I reckon, and what better place to put interviews? What do John and Steve think?

And the 'GRAY' husband & wife team of illustrators could also make a good interview perhaps. What other strips, if any besides the three mentioned, did they work on? They always did great likenesses...
