Just got a copy of the last ever 'Look-In' dated 12 March 1994. Precious little strip content: 'Chuck Rock' (what is that!?), and a four page 'Scooby-Doo' finale ('This Is Your Life Story!'), but two interesting spreads showing previous cover and strips. And another strip that got away... apparently in 1990, 'Look-In' tried to do a 'Home And Away' strip, but the charaters/actors had to give permission, and the artwork would had to have been sent halfway round the world... so it never ran, but they show a few frames of art.

Hmmmm.......Home and Away in Look-in???????
So pleased this never happenned.
For me Look-in was a seventies and early eighties thing and still suprised it made it to 94!!
In its hey day,75-81 in my opinion,it simply contained the best comics ever seen anywhere.
I believe a lot I missed had merit but by the time it wrapped up,from what I have seen of the later issues, was rather a sad ending for a classic kids mag.

'Chuck Rock' was a computer game that appeared on ZX Spectrum, Commodore 64 and the like in the early 90's. As it was a scrolling beat em up, chuck having to make his way along the level, hitting anything that came his way with a club.
